Continuing squad building, Gintra introduce Nigerian forward Juliet Bassey, 23.
The athletic 174 cm player will wear number 24.
Before accepting, she spoke with compatriot Vivian Ikechukwu, a leading Gintra scorer last season who has moved to Beşiktaş Istanbul.
"It's my first club abroad, so I wanted to understand where I was going. Vivian spoke positively about the organisation, coaches and city and encouraged me. I know they're multiple champions and compete in the Champions League and Baltic League. I can't wait to play and help win," she said.
Bassey won the Nigerian title last season and competed in the CAF Champions League.
"It was excellent experience that strengthened me. I'm excited about a UEFA Champions League debut this summer, where the standard is high. Every day I give everything and embrace challenges to fulfil my potential. This should be a good place to develop and help achieve ambitious goals," she added.
