He earned a master's degree in sport this year, developing practical knowledge at various sporting organisations during his studies.
Through Erasmus, he completed a placement at Spain's Lleida football club and developed his analytical skills while studying at a Portuguese university.
Dovydas has worked for several years with Lithuanian youth national teams and the senior women's team. He previously helped Gintra during Champions League preparations.
