We invite all football supporters to become part of Lithuanian champions Gintra of Šiauliai and support the growth of women's football by allocating 1,2% of the personal income tax you have paid.
To allocate your support, follow these steps:
– Click this link.
– Sign in through an external system by choosing your bank;
– After signing in, select VMI e-services and then 'Pildyti formą' (Complete a form);
– Select 'Prašymas skirti paramą' (Request to allocate support) and click the globe icon to open the form;
– The system fills in your personal details automatically. Enter our organisation's details: code 193175596 | name Futbolo klubas 'Gintra'; choose 1.2% as the tax share and the period for which you wish to allocate support, either one year or several years ahead.
Until 1 May, adult citizens of the Republic of Lithuania who officially worked and declared their income in the previous year can allocate support.
