Following the 2024 season, Gintra are actively building for next year. Defender Laura Kubiliūtė, 21, will continue wearing yellow and black after extending her contract for two more years.
The Lithuanian number 29 has represented Gintra since 2022 and also receives national team call-ups.
"Laura made significant progress last season, noticed by our coaching staff and the national team. Her consistent performances earned the coaches' trust and a place in the side. We value her dedication and willingness to work hard and improve, so we're pleased she will continue with us," said director Mantas Radavičius after the signing.
Brazilian defender Sabrina Amorim and Finnish goalkeeper Liisa Tuomi have also extended their contracts. The club are actively seeking a head coach to replace Olli-Pekka Ojala, who led the team last season.
