Gintra secured a Winter Cup victory at Marijampolė's Hikvision indoor arena, 2:0 (1–0 at half-time) defeating Hegelmann of Kaunas District.

Goals: J. Bassey (20′ min.) and E. Šupelytė (87' min.) one each.
Juliet Bassey put the Lithuanian champions ahead in the 20th minute with her first goal in yellow and black.
After the break, Santa Lichareva replaced Neda Klezaitė. Dominant Gintra also gained a numerical advantage when Judita Sabatauskaitė was sent off.
Control finally produced the goal that sealed victory. Newcomer Erika Šupelytė scored her first of the season in the 87th minute for a deserved 2–0 win.
"Congratulations to the players. I'm delighted with our local players' daily improvement and the newcomers. Laura, Meida and Erika have added a lot. The locals accept responsibility and understand results depend on them. Foreign signings have also integrated well, playing for the team rather than themselves. That encourages me greatly for the long term," said Petkov.
Next weekend, on Lithuania's special date of 11 March, Gintra face FK Vilnius at the Hikvision arena.
